Anon Sparrow was peacefully protesting the Washington DC branch of the Scientology organization on 16 July 2010 (as can be seen in this video). After being assaulted by a Scientologist, and derided by a policeman, another Scientologist handed to him an "SP Declare," which officially designates and declares AnonSparrow to be a "Suppressive Person."
